The three- and four-bedroom, manufactured homes will be priced from the low- to mid-$200Ks. The first homes to being delivered in the fall of 2023. Homes will be placed throughout the city in BIPOC communities, including the Delectable Heights, Battersea, and Poplar Lawn neighborhoods.
